North Melbourne, Australia RPR Trades Full time

RPR Trades are looking for a Trades Assistant for a temp on-going position assisting in the assembling of Truck Trailers for a company in Reservoir.

**About the Role**:
You will be working for one of Australia's oldest family owned manufactures and suppliers of road transport equipment. Manufacturing and specialising in Freezer, Double Stacker, Super Chiller, Chiller, Meat Hangers, Dry Freight trailers and Rigid Bodies for the general and temperature controlled freight and bulk transport market sectors. All trailers are built from the ground up in the factory in Reservoir.

**Location, Dates & Conditions**:

- Reservoir
- Immediate start
- Casual assignment with good opportunity for ongoing work, and the opportunity to go permanent.
- Excellent conditions
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am -3:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm
- Casual rate of between $30 - $35 depending on experience

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Hand and Power tool usage
- Previous experience in welding (fabrication) would be desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in assembling would be desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively
- Full job training will be provided onsite if required

**_Previous trailer fabrication/metal fabrication or fiberglass experience will be looked upon favorably_**
