We are currently looking for a friendly and attention to detail oriented **Branch Administrator** to join our Team based in **Mt Thorley**, NSW. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for entering times, reconciling contractor timesheets, raising purchase orders raised in a timely manner and managing orders and goods receipting completed as required. Other day to day duties will include rental property management, coordination of facility services, ordering PPE and coordination of vehicle maintenance in line with health and safety to ensure quality is sustained. There will also be reception cover and monthly reporting required.

**Requirements**:

- Current Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Proficient literacy in using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous exposure to systems such as Pronto
- Previous experience in an administration/ coordination role or mining environment
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work is essential;
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential Attention to detail
