About the role
About you
- Respond appropriately to, and provide support and direction to manage sudden alterations in the health status of the consumer using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement and best practice principles to optimise consumer centred care and organisational outcomes by undertaking projects and research as required.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and problem-solving relevant to the care of consumer within the Diabetes Service.
