**The Opportunitity**

We have a newly created scheduling role available at our office in Belmont WA, where you will join a dynamic construction team, ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of a range of insurance claims. As a key player in our team, you'll schedule repairs to our expert panel of trade contractors, managing the job delivery within set timeframes and budget limits.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain regular work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, with opportunities for additional hours during high-volume periods.
- Allocate and supervise works via our operating system, providing regular updates on individual repairs' status.
- Facilitate open communication with the panel of contractors and homeowners.
- Engage and manage customers and trade interactions.
- Utilise several industry-specific programs along with our insurer platforms, backed by a highly experienced administrative and management team.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage workload effectively using provided tools and methods
- The capacity to maintain high attention to detail and quality under pressure, meeting time-based KPIs
- A positive and dynamic personality, with lateral thinking and reasoned decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Autonomous work ethic with the ability to accurately predict monthly financial outcomes
- Capability to build rapport with all stakeholders, working cooperatively to achieve common objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Building/construction experience highly advantageous.

**Salary**: $47,823.15 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
