**About the Role**

Watergrill is looking for enthusiastic Casual Food Attendants to join our team in Abbotsford. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service to our bistro guests.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of care for all bistro guests.
- Collaborate with management to maintain and enhance Watergrill's service standards.
- Ensure the venue is perfectly prepared before and after each service.
- Accurately handle cashiering procedures and till balancing.
- Assist with efficient bar operations and inventory management.
- Support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Report any operational issues or equipment repairs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NSW RSA certification.
- Flexibility to work across seven days, including weekends and evenings.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong understanding and ability to perform the appropriate sequence of service.
- Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with all venue teams.
- High motivation and a passion for the hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in IdealPOS software is preferred; Reservations experience is a plus.
- Adherence to Dedes Group values.
