Warehouse Coordinator

**The Role**

Due to our growing business, we are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and experienced **Warehouse** **Coordinator** to join our friendly team at our Balcatta facility to undertake receipting, storage, and distribution of goods, along with the maintenance and testing of equipment.

You will provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service and support to our team and clients with the ability to adapt to a changing work environment in a calm and methodical manner.

**Key responsibilities of the role are, but are not limited to**:

- Inventory data updates for customer and warehouse supplies;
- Receipting, storage, and distribution of goods;
- Stock control, orders, and effective inventory management;
- Packing and unpacking training equipment;
- Complete pre-mobilization and demobilisation checks on Emergency Services Fleet such as Fire Appliances and Ambulances;
- Inspect, check and maintain emergency response equipment;
- Ensure equipment maintenance registers are maintained;
- General warehouse duties, forklift operation, loading/unloading deliveries, collection and distribution of equipment to and from clients; and
- Ensure maximum utilisation of warehouse space.

**To be successful in this role, as a minimum you must possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role within warehousing, logistics or transport is **essential**;
- Current unrestricted C Class (manual) driver’s license;
- Must hold a current LF forklift and HR licenses;
- Previous transport and storage of Dangerous Goods;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MYOB experience will be highly regarded);
- Demonstrated high level of oral, written, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate as part of a cohesive team;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet and prioritise changing work demands;
- Understanding and adherence to Workplace Health & Safety standards, operating procedures, and policies; and
- A Nationally recognised unit of competency PUAEQ001 Prepare, Maintain, and test response equipment and experience with Emergency response equipment or in an Emergency Response environment (desirable).
