We currently have a full time Maintenance Officer at our Shangri-la Aged Care Home in **Hurstville**.

**To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria**:

- Hands on understanding of building maintenance work and procedures
- Trade Background
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Full 'C' Class Drivers Licence
- National Police Check Certificate
- Neat and tidy presentation
- A helping, positive, empathic and patient attitude
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- Experience in a similar position
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles and Occupational Health & Safety Principles.
