Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to make a significant impact in the industry? We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for our SeedGrowth portfolio, which includes crop protection and integrated solutions across Australia. This is your chance to be at the forefront of sustainable growth and profitability objectives in a rapidly evolving sector

**Do something that moves you**:

- **Portfolio & Lifecycle Management**: Shape the future of our core brands by developing clear strategies for the next 3-5 years. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market gaps and emerging opportunities.
- **Brand Planning & Campaign Delivery**: Define compelling customer value propositions and oversee annual brand plans that drive sales, market share, and customer engagement. Ensure alignment across teams for successful campaign execution.
- **Pricing Strategy**: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that reflect the value of our solutions while staying competitive in the market.
- **Business Planning**: Contribute to the development of our 5-year Strategic Business Plan, providing insights and feedback on portfolio changes and performance tracking.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative new solutions, ensuring timely and effective product launches.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Hold a tertiary degree in Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Have 5-10 years of experience in brand/product management, marketing, or agricultural market development.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Thrive in collaborative settings and have experience leading diverse cross-functional teams.
