Royal Freemasons Mount Martha Valley has a new opportunity for an experienced aged care nurse to lead and mentor a great team. You will need to be reliable as this is such an important role and as a senior clinician you possess strong clinical and business acumen with ability to demonstrate initiative for innovative solution focused outcomes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Supervision of Team Leaders, education and mentorship to Team Leaders
- Oversee clinical care in collaboration with clinical support staff
- Consult with families, allied health and medical personnel
- Provision of appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements
- Complete Care Plan Consults on new Admission residents
- Complete and supervise wound management
- Make appropriate referrals for the consumer in your care
- You support consumers to live a secure, dignified and rewarding life
- Ensure consumers are offered choice which is encouraged to promote their independence
- Ensure all consumers, their families and staff are treated with respect and dignity
- Tertiary qualification, Registered Division 1 Nurse
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**
