**Cowra Motor Inn** is situated in the picturesque Lachlan Valley and is located just off the highway, in a quiet and central location of Cowra.

At Cowra we are seeking dynamic, creative and career-focused individuals to join our esteemed establishment to provide exeptional customer service, quality support and service for everyone, including businesspeople, singles or couples, families, or small groups.

Your main duties will include but not limited to the following:
**Main Duties**
- Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
- Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
- Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation

**To be successful in this role you will have to**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to be able to multi task

**Qualification**
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Similar Position
