Motel Manager

Managed by TBNS Pty Ltd, the property prides itself on delivering comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting the Central West of New South Wales.

As part of our commitment to maintaining excellence in operations and guest satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Motel Manager (ANZSCO Code: 141311) to oversee and coordinate all aspects of motel management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across reception, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest relations while maintaining high customer-service standards.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expense reports, and supplier agreements.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records for management review.
- Uphold property standards and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- AQF Bachelor Degree or higher in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business (Tourism & Hospitality).
- Minimum 2 years’ full-time experience in a Hotel, Motel or accommodation management.
- Strong leadership, staff-management, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, reservations, and property operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in property-management and booking systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and workplace safety.

**Salary**:
AUD $80,000 per annum (before superannuation)
