**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Senior Administration Manager to coordinate patient appointment times and maintain effective reception services.
- Supervise and support the Administration team, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service delivery.
- Provide flexible support across various roles within the team as needed to optimize patient care.
- Process and validate Health Fund claims accurately.
- Manage daily cash, cheque, and credit transactions, ensuring end-of-day balance.
- Deliver superior customer service by ensuring efficient service delivery to patients and their families.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging input and feedback from team members.
- Communicate with patients and their families in a compassionate and friendly manner.
- Staff rostering
- Solving complex doctor requests.
- Facilitating a large number of patients daily.
- Managing a high number of inbound calls.
- Maintaining KPIs.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, including proficiency in electronic practice management systems.
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Insurance processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client service, both internally and externally.
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
