**The Opportunity**

The Faculty of Engineering is seeking an **Exam and Teaching Administrator**. This role involves providing efficient daily administrative support within the faculty, ensuring that services meet the operational needs of the faculty schools. As a member of the Teaching Support Team, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating examinations and managing data effectively. You will work closely with the Teaching Support Administration Officers embedded in the Engineering Schools.

This position reports to the Teaching Support Team Lead and has nil direct reports.
- Salary, Level 5: $85,717 to $96,991 per annum + 17% superannuation
- Full time
- Fixed term - 24 months
- Location: Kensington - Sydney, Australia
- Hybrid working

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
