**About the Opportunity**:
Joining the Stock, Quality and Customer Service team you will enjoy being part of a friendly team and providing exceptional customer service, while using your eye for detail to manage stock and ensure upmost quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing aspects of the Shopify online store website, front end and back end.
- Weekly stock updates
- Stock management and stock transfers from wholesale to retail.
- Coordinate packaging, catalogues and POS collateral.
- Inventory quality control and preparation.
- Replenish all POS, packaging, etc daily in stock room.
- Receive all daily deliveries and annotate all invoices and advise team.
- Ensure all stock areas are kept tidy, clean and in a safe and organised condition.
- Flagged items for restocking
- Order processing
- Coordinating customer returns for wholesale and retail
- Other duties including general administration, cleaning, packing or preparing items for trade shows, as required

- Familiarity with Shopify and basic administration requirements for websites
- Positive and responsive telephone manner

- Passionate about great customer service and building great relationships
- Willingness to work and assist as part of a team
- Solution orientated.
