**The Role**:
You will already know that being in a retail / sales means being the ‘smiling face’ of the Company, helping build brand _and_ sales.
- Being an ‘omnichannel’ role means no two days will be the same in the type of customers or selling you will undertake.
- There are always regular new product launches.
- You will prefer to work with a bubbly small team rather than in a big faceless ‘corporate’ giant.
- You will work alongside a distribution / warehousing team to ensure products are available (you can’t sell what is not in stock).
- You will have trusted access to product costs/margins so you can discount - and still be profitable.

**What you need is simple**
- Have a retail product sales background (or similar)
- Have a smile in your voice as normal, not the exception
- Be computer literate (basic Excel knowledge especially)
- Possess a genuine customer-first attitude
