We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Advisor. You would be joining an established organisation within the Professional Higher Education sector based in the heart of Sydney CBD.

The Customer Engagement Advisor will have direct contact with existing students, to provide support to their individual study needs and advise effective training solutions that enhance their experience. This is a busy role working within an amazing team.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Handling inbound and outbound phone discussion with students, to reengage them into the post-graduate programs.
- Retaining our loyal customers through creating long-lasting customer relationships
- Helping degree program students navigate their way through their studies, providing support and advise on various options throughout
- Advising customers of the various life-long learning opportunities offered that meet their needs and stage of career
- Retention activities that support recurrent revenue streams
- Support product and program management initiatives by providing deep customer knowledge from relationships
- Manage and collect data on complaints and customer issues which will help drive continuous improvement.

**Who you are**:

- Must have diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience
- Have experience in a customer service environment dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM systems and processes software, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to manage challenging/ difficult conversations
Educational background understands
- Be a warm person who is confident on the phone and can adapt to peoples communication style
