**About the role**

We’re seeking a dedicated **Allied Health Team Leader**to lead and coordination a multidisciplinary client care service within the BHFLHN Mount Barker Inpatient Allied Health Team. In this role you will also provide support to our team working at the Strathalbyn site.

To be a success in this role, and to provide exceptional patient care you will work collaboratively with the team and Clinical Leads to deliver contemporary allied health services in an inpatient setting. You will ensure all quality standards are met aligned to our Models of Care including undertaken continuous improvement activities and reporting. In this role you will use your high order interpersonal skills to develop and foster service integration with metropolitan and other regional health providers, ensuring outstanding patient centred care.

This is a critical leadership role in which you will contribute to the strategic and business planning processes which support sustainable growth and positive client/patient-centred outcomes.
