Night Casual Vegetable Processor Must Have Previous

We are a fruit and vegetable wholesaler and processor, based at Rocklea in the Brisbane markets.
Looking for a person who has good knife skills, from a chef/cooks background or someone who has experience in processed fruit and vegetables
The position involves night shift, covering shifts from Sunday to Thursday with hours ranging from 5 pm-6 am.
Full comprehension of the English language is a must. You will need to sprak and understand english.
Own transport is a requirement due to the above hours and the lack of public transport.
We work in a 12c temperature-controlled environment, and a fast-paced work ethic is essential, as is the ability to take direction and be happy/interested in learning new skills.
Ability to work as part of the team is essential as is the ability to lift heavy boxes.
This is a casual position, hrs initially are approx 24-34hrs over 3 days, increasing to 5 days for the right person.
We seek someone that is flexible with their hours as hours may increase to cover busy periods or to cover staff holidays.
