Metal Fabricator or Trade Assistant required

We are a small general jobbing shop that works in aluminium, stainless and mild steel, and brass and copper on occasion. The work is widely varied from artworks, large and small, and furniture to basic steel frames and repairs to scaffolding equipment.

The majority of work is done with tig, but we use mig from time to time.

A lot of the work is with materials from 0.9 - 3 mm in thickness.

We have a guillotine and a hydraulic bender for in house sheet metal work, as well as a small lathe and mill for basic machining.

- Must be self motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Pay negotiated on skill and ability and paid fortnightly
- No qualification needed
- Training is available to the right applicant
- All interested applicants can apply
- Monday to Friday - 38 hour week

Pay: $17.56 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
