**About the role**

It’s all about enabling our business to be the best they can with technology. Conceptualise, design, build and support our CRM and ERP systems to create something a little bit wonderful. Work with developers, systems engineers, technical leads, vendors and testers to build the world where we work.

Where others see a problem, you see a solution. And it’s not just “have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?” You can trouble shoot and problem solve, with a flair for working out what the “non-technical” among us are trying to tell you they need.

**Duties**
- Lead the Applications Specialists’ team by mentoring, managing, and prioritizing the work of direct reports, project team members, and vendors
- Actively identify and manage incidents within incident management processes to provide service recovery
- Ensure compliance is achieved with functional policies (i.e. change control, IT security standards, release management, incident management)
- Provide support of IT Services to internally developed performance targets and organisational requirements

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded)
- Experience in data migration, integration and report building
- Leadership skills in managing a small team or ready to take the next step into leadership
- Experience delivering a mix of projects and support improvements in continuous development.
- Hands on developer experience with one or more major CRM systems such as Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, SAP etc. (Salesforce is highly regarded)
- At least 3 years of experience with the following skills:

- Javascript, HTML, CSS, Webservices
- SOQL or SQL, Custom Objects and Data Migration
- Business Process Improvement, Agile project leadership
