**About the Role**: You'll be part of a dynamic team providing support to our client, a male in his 60s with Myotonic Dystrophy.

Our client is transitioning to his new home in our beautiful brand new Wynnum apartments and requires assistance with daily activities, personal care, and community access. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing his quality of life.

**Available Rosters**: We have 3x Permanent Part-Time Positions available on fixed rosters - please be aware that these rosters are set and cannot be altered. Your commitment to the chosen roster is crucial.

**Part time 1**
51 hours per fortnight

Week 1
- Wednesday 10:00 AM to 1700 PM
- Thursday 1600 PM to 6:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)

Week 2
- Monday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Wednesday 9:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Friday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Saturday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Sunday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM

**Part time 2**
54 hours per fortnight

week 1
- Monday 1500 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Wednesday 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Friday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Saturday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Sunday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM

Week 2
- Monday 11:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Tuesday 1600 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)

**Part time 3**
50 hours per fortnight

Week 1
- Monday 6:00 AM to 1500 PM
- Tuesday 1600 PM to 6:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Wednesday 1700 PM to 9:00 AM (sleeper 2200 PM to 6:00 PM)
- Saturday 1500 PM to 6:00 AM (sleeper about 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)

Week 2
- Monday 1500 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Wednesday 1500 PM to 9:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM)

**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Previous experience working with clients with a disability
- NDIS workers screening check / QLD yellow card - P (Current).
- QLD blue card - P (WWC) (Current).
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Driver's License and Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle.
- NDIS Orientation Module (Quality, Safety and You).
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.
