Before and After School Care - Childcare Worker

Are you passionate about working with children and creating a nurturing and educational environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic childcare worker to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children in our care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Promote physical, social, and emotional development through play and structured learning
- Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the childcare facility
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges with a positive mindset
- A valid First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
