**Your Role at Nextt**:
Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering health support for our participants.

Nextt is in need of experienced and dedicated support worker to provide 1:1 in home supports to a teenage participant in West Hoxton.

Participant is 1:1 support. Attending school Monday - Friday. Support workers

will be required to accompany our client on the private school bus transport to school in the mornings. The school bus will then provide a transport back to West Hoxton for them to complete some domestic duties.

**Your skills and experience**:
ABI

Asthma

Enteral Feeding (PEG)

Epilepsy

Manual Handling

Medication Assistance

Mobility Support

Pressure and Wound

**The shifts are as follows**:
School days - 7.00 - 10.00am & 15.00 - 23.00pm Monday to Friday

weekends - 7.00 - 15.00, 15.00 - 23.00 & active o/night 23.00 - 7.00am

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid - CPR
