Joining **Action** as a Refrigeration & Air conditioning Apprentice offers you invaluable hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of projects in industrial, commercial, and residential construction throughout the Greater Brisbane region.

If you're a recent school graduate, we encourage you to apply. With guidance from seasoned professionals, you'll learn the skills associated with a wide range of HVACR work, including assembling, installing, testing, fault finding, maintaining and repairing industrial, commercial and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.

This qualification is designed to provide an industry recognized skills profile related to trade work as a heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning tradesperson.

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you should:

- Possess a keen interest for the Refrigeration industry.
- Demonstrate interest and commitment to completing an apprenticeship.
- Hold a Driver's License and have your own reliable vehicle.

Be physically fit, self-disciplined, and detail oriented.
- Showcase reliability, resilience, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow direction and prioritize safety for yourself and your team.

As an **Action** apprentice, you'll also enjoy various benefits, including award wages (paid weekly), tool allowances, travel & fares allowances, Super, and Holiday Leave.

Pay: $54,996.88 - $113,807.09 per year
