Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Wireline Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

You'll be task for customer facing and responsible for winning business back to organization. You’ll contributes to sales plan in a specific region and defining sales strategy for targeted clients

As a Product Line Customer Service Representative - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

- Within the assigned account, responsible for support, services, parts, solutions, or projects for Wireline Services business
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
- Working with (technical) sales support to realize sales to improve efficiency within the account

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have 3 years or more experience in Customer Service Management within wireline business
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be effective problem identification and solution skills
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability
