**More about what you'll do**

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play an integral part of our overall new business and customer retention strategy. This role will give you the opportunity to set the pricing strategy to win, maintain and improve margin in SME & Mid Market segments. You will also be the lead support in developing winning strategies for Solution Bids. You will be leading a team of Commercial Analysts and Administrators within a highly dynamic commercial team. Opportunities for long term career are plentiful.

Other responsibilities include:

- Process efficiencies and innovation in bidding, price increases, reviews, re-signs, static catalogues
- Develop a competitive matrix - market intel, blind spots, strengths/weaknesses
- Responsible for streamlining the Commercial Pricing team’s Administration support

You are a strategic thinker who has strong business acumen and an affinity for numbers. Curious and results oriented, you focus on the Big Picture Perspective and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility to adapt to an evolving environment and willingness to learn are also your key attributes.

To be considered for the role, you must display the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum 3 experience in a similar role in pricing team leader roles
- Thorough understanding of profit drivers and cost based analysis
- Strong market understanding ideally with thorough knowledge in FMCG and B2B environments
- Customer centricity and high level of adaptability
