Minor Hotels is excited to announce the opening of** Queens Wharf Residences** and is looking for a dedicated and experienced **Housekeeping Manager** to lead our Housekeeping team on a full-time basis. As part of Minor Hotels Australasia, which includes over 65 properties across Australia and New Zealand, we are expanding rapidly and remain committed to delivering exceptional service standards.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms, public and common areas)
- Build a productive and professional relationship with Housekeepers staff members, Housekeepers clients and all contractor personal
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional cleaning services that exceed guest expectations
- Oversee and facilitate daily on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to high standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records related to finances, maintenance, and inventory, ensuring efficient operational management.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years experience in Housekeeping Management, with a strong track record of leading and managing housekeeping teams effectively.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Extensive experience in controlling and managing departmental budgets, including the procurement, inventory, and replenishment of operating supplies, replacements, and consumables.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, guests, and other departments.
- Highly developed time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the property, while consistently adhering to procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to establish and enforce cleanliness standards, leading by example to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing continuous improvements.
