**Job Description Summary**: As Customer Service Representative at GE Healthcare Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible for driving a first-class order management process, for working directly with customers to answer queries and resolve issues, and for building strong relationships with internal teams. The role is full time and will be predominantly based at our Parramatta office, with flexible remote-working options available. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Essential Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**: - Order processing - ensure that customer orders are entered accurately and in accordance with customer requirements into the Oracle Order Management system - Build strong working partnerships with Sales, Supply Chain and Warehousing/Transportation teams - Manage credits and returns - Work in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomalies - Follow up proactively with customers to keep them informed of ongoing activities - Act with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times - Be adoptive of change and be flexible and positive in an ever-changing environment **About You**: We are looking for a superstar Customer Service Representative who loves to be busy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for an incredible career opportunity to work for a successful, growing, and global organization. Ideally you will have held a similar role, ideally in a commercial field, and have proficient use of the MS Office Suit (speed, and accuracy). You can multi-task, have brilliant communication skills, can work under pressure and take pride in your customer care skills. The ability to work autonomously and with mínimal supervision is a must. Dependable, reliable, responsible, dedicated, open to change and high integrity are all words that describe you. **The following will be highly regarded**: - An empathic approach to customer service - Previous Oracle Order Management experience - Highly motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
