We have a a 2 x part-time role for our shop in Newtown located on 190 King St, Newtown NSW 2042

We can offer hours above 30 per week
- We need our part-timers to do regular days each week with a minimum of 5 day a week availability.

Shift are either:
11 - 530pm
11 - 9:30pm
5 - 9:30pm
- We can then add extra hours as you desire on top of these core hours

$21.72 ph + super + annual leave for Monday to Friday

Our team is a diverse, multicultural group of people with one thing in common: knowing how to smash out the burgs Our stores are busy when they're busy and quiet when they're quiet, meaning you'll be able to chill when it's chill and smash out the burgs when it's busy

We don't hire back of house or front of house staff. Instead, we alternate and rotate roles so everyone feels comfortable with all aspects of the restaurant. You've got to embrace a fast-paced environment and all the roles in a quick-service modern restaurant

This means:

- Serving Customers
- Making Burgs, Fries, Hotdogs, Milkshakes & More
- Handling orders for delivery drivers
- Helping with Prep
- Cleaning in between peak periods
- Closing Up and/or Opening the restaurant

**What we need from you-**
- A GREAT ATTITUDE where you understand that your overall role is help the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. This means learning multiple skills, helping your co-workers out and helping pump out the burgs
- SPEED There's no getting around it - speed in the kitchen and service is really important. If you've worked in a restaurant before, it's strongly preferable.
- RELIABILITY Ensuring you can turn up to your roster is really important. We are a small team so last minute cancellation are truly the bane of our existance. If you don't turn up, a staff member may be by themselves
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - this one is super crucial. Knowing how to make customers feel valued and have a great experience is critical.
- PRIDE - Yes, your read that right You need to proud of your burger creations and only serve burgs you would want to serve to your mother (assuming you love your dear mother)
