We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer service, and can drive strong commercial results while creating a positive and supportive team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Manage team performance through coaching, development, and regular feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including rostering, payroll, and reporting.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and promotional standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Monitor profit and loss results and ensure costs are controlled.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (Word, Excel).
- Flexibility to travel if required.
- A Certificate or Diploma in business management is desirable.
