We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer service, and can drive strong commercial results while creating a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive in-store experience.
  • Manage team performance through coaching, development, and regular feedback.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including rostering, payroll, and reporting.
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and promotional standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Monitor profit and loss results and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (Word, Excel).
  • Flexibility to travel if required.
  • A Certificate or Diploma in business management is desirable.
