Your Nurtured Journey:
Our 12-month paid traineeship program allows you to complete your **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. You will be mentored by experienced Educators, in an immersive, fun, vibrant Centre, where no two days are the same.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dedicated trainees for our Centre located in Gladesville. Whether you're a school leaver or seeking a new direction, this is your chance to step into a fulfilling career in Early Childhood Education.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A genuine passion for Educating and nurturing children.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work within a rotating roaster (Our Centres operate 7:00 am - 6:00 pm).
- An active Working with Children Check is needed.
- Permanent residency in Australia.
- Above the ages of 18 years.
