**About the Client**:
Our client is a vibrant 14-year-old girl who enjoys spending time with friends, engaging in creative activities, and learning new skills. The client has diagnoses of ADHD, ASD Level 2, Mild ID, ODD, and Anxiety, and is seeking a supportive individual to help her navigate daily living skills and enhance her independence.

**We Are Looking For**:

- A compassionate and patient individual who understands the unique challenges faced by young people with disabilities.
- Someone who can foster a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging the client’s self-expression and emotional regulation.
- A proactive support worker who can engage the client in meaningful activities and community participation.
- An individual with experience in implementing behavioural strategies and promoting social skills development.
- A person who is creative and can bring fun and excitement to daily routines while providing structure and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the client with personal care and daily living skills.
- Engage her in community activities and promote social interactions.
- Support her in building emotional regulation and coping strategies.
- Encourage interests in cooking, crafts, and cultural activities.
- Facilitate communication and understanding in social situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have own Vehicle and Drivers License
- Must have NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Must have Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Must have Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Experience working with children or young adults with disabilities preferred.
- Understanding of ASD, ADHD, and related conditions.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
