Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team. This role involves managing projects from contract award to completion, ensuring effective commercial management, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
**Project Management**
- Conduct commercial handovers and ensure contracts are signed and filed appropriately.
- Oversee bank guarantees, monthly reporting, and budget setup.
- Manage variation claims, project progress claims, and correspondence with clients.
- Facilitate weekly commercial meetings to review progress, variations, and claims.

**Reporting and Compliance**
- Work with Project Managers to deliver accurate monthly project reports.
- Audit project management tools and ensure compliance with procurement processes, cost control, and reporting protocols.

**Subcontract Management**
- Coordinate early procurement of subcontractors and ensure scope clarity.
- Review quotes, assess subcontractor performance, and manage claims and counterclaims.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims, and variation management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
