Kinvara Civil is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for immediate start.

Must hold relevant qualifications and have recent employment experience performing the following duties
- Estimate and monitor construction costs for current and future projects
- Read and estimate technical drawings and specifications
- Prepare costs estimates and project budgets
- Assist with preparation of tenders and tender processes generally
- Identify required materials, manpower and equipment
- Develop bills of quantities
- Oversee construction contracts and progress payments
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with budget and deadlines
- Oversee contractual and project variations
- Prepare and present final costs statements and reports on project outcomes

This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of $95,000 plus superannuation.
