SeaLink Sydney is seeking reliable and enthusiastic **Kitchen Hands** to join our catering team during the vibrant **Vivid Sydney Festival**If you’re looking for casual work in an exciting, fast-paced environment — and want to be part of one of Sydney’s most iconic events — this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**About the Role**

As a Kitchen Hand aboard our vessels, you will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional onboard dining experiences. Under the direction of the Chef, you’ll be involved in various hands-on tasks, including kitchen cleanliness, food prep assistance, and food handling — all while enjoying the electric energy of Vivid Sydney.

A typical day in the role may include:

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all kitchen areas
- Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and ensure all equipment is well maintained
- Support the chef in food prep and meal service
- Assist with receiving and rotating stock
- Help load and unload food and kitchen supplies
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Foster strong teamwork with catering and hospitality staff

Shifts will primarily take place in the evenings and on weekends, aligned with the Vivid cruise schedule.
