**Job Overview**

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the digital voice of an innovative construction solutions brand, crafting compelling content that connects, educates, and inspires audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies brand visibility and drives audience engagement
- Design platform-specific content that translates technical expertise into compelling visual and written stories
- Manage content calendar with strategic, data-driven posting schedules

Community Management
- Cultivate an active online community through responsive, authentic interactions
- Monitor brand mentions, comments, and direct messages to maintain a positive digital reputation
- Implement real-time engagement strategies that build trust and credibility

Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze social media metrics to continuously refine digital marketing approaches
- Generate monthly performance reports highlighting key achievements and insights
- Optimize content strategy based on data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Expert-level content creation skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking

Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience
- Demonstrated success in creating engaging campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience with paid social advertising platforms
