**About the Centre**

The Macleod Recreation Centre is a facility that offers a wide variety of programs for all. The centre comprises of a fully equipped gymnasium (electronic cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights), Group Fitness, fully equipped Gymnastic facility, Dance studio, 2 program rooms (used for a variety of programs and services), basketball court and tennis courts.

**About the Roles**

We are looking for group fitness instructors to teach the following classes;
- Les Mills
- Body Pump, Shapes, RPM, Tone, Body Balance & Body Step
- Pilates
- including Reformer Pilates & Mat Pilates

As our group fitness instructor, you will be responsible for leading a variety of group fitness classes and coaching a wide range of clients. You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes. You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a casual position with an hourly rate of $65.64 + super.

**About You**

As our Group Fitness Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Hold one of the following
- Group Exercise Leader Certificate, Certificate III in Fitness or Certificate IV in Fitness (NOT required for Pilates Instructors)
- Relevant certificate for the class you teach
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
