As a **Test and Evaluation Practitioner, **you're the driving force behind quality assurance. You meticulously design and develop test cases, execute tests with precision, and deliver clear reports on outcomes. Your expertise extends to ensuring traceability between tests and requirements, and you adeptly manage queries within ALM tools to extract essential coverage and results

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Plan, conduct, and report on Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities to ensure systems meet operational requirements and performance standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement T&E strategies aligned with project and customer objectives.
- Provide technical expertise on systems design, development, integration, and evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant defence industry standards and regulatory frameworks in all T&E activities.
- Produce detailed reports and documentation, including test plans, results analyses, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate T&E outcomes and contribute to ongoing system enhancements.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing and evaluating environments.
- Possesses a high level of autonomy, demonstrating the ability to independently handle various aspects of the role, including problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
- You must hold a current NV2 security clearance or higher.
