**Your Role in Action**
- Develop and maintain robust performance reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data.
- Analyse business performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Utilise business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualisation platforms to create dashboards and reports.
- Drive efficiency and accuracy by automating reporting processes where possible.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Identify and implement best practices in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Support leadership teams with ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into key business drivers.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a relevant discipline
- In exceptional circumstances only, extensive industry practical and demonstrated experience and knowledge in required discipline without a recognised degree may be considered.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
- High proficiency in Access, Ellipse Solutions (or similar Business Warehouse tools) and advanced Excel skills, including data modelling and automation techniques.
- Experience managing large datasets and databases, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
