Be part of highly dedicated Maintenance team, to maintain and control our Tools and Equipment to service and construction sites.

Join one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world and as a team we to strive to deliver tools to service and construction sites in ASP. In this role you will be working with colleagues locally and throughout the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead team in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production and facility equipment
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in managing daily workload and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Plan and resource Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance breakdowns & repairs
- Promote continuous improvement and active problem-solving within the team
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Provide leadership and line management, coordinating workloads and supporting team performance
- Monitor issues and ensure targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met
- Participate in safety and quality incident investigations
- Develop and mentor team members, focusing on performance and safety
- Act independently with outcomes reviewed by organisational head, impacting function success

**Qualifications**
- Technical diploma
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Tool Maintenance & Calibration Field
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
- In dept knowledge with regulatory standards and quality assurances practices
- Experience on handling a team
- Experience with Wind Turbine Installation and OMS Knowledge preferred but not essential
