**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**About the Role**
Seasons is looking for a professional bus driver to join our beautiful community in Mango Hill, assisting residents with safe and efficient transportation. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, 3 days per week.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Ensure positive interactions with stakeholders through a warm and friendly communication style.
- Provide timely and responsible bus transportation adhering to planned schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, assisting them where needed.
- Demonstrate a safety first mindset, contributing to a safe environment when undertaking duties.
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaned and well presented.
- Adhere to all traffic rules when operating the vehicle.
- Flexibility to help where needed with other general duties (e.g. delivering parcels, general administration, helping set up for events or in the kitchen etc) as identified by the Community Manager.

- Positive can-do attitude and caring nature; always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need.
- Genuine passion for interacting with older people.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent driving record and experience driving a small bus/people mover.
- Current open QLD Drivers License for vehicle size.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national criminal check.
