St Francis Xavier OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing beautiful service located in North-Eastern suburb of Melbourne - Montmorency. This is a permanent part-time (30.25 hours per week) role for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00 AM ( Rise then Shine Program ) and 03:00 - 06:00 PM ( Stay and Play Program ) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free, and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

St Francis Xavier OSHClub is an existing medium sized 60 licence capacity service with a potential to grow. Our relationship with the school is very strong and there's a focus on continued community engagement. With your own OSHC classroom and undercover space, this is an opportunity to work with the existing team to build an inclusive program catering to all needs.

Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
