FREAK is growing quickly with more venues on the way. FREAK is looking for a new Junior Manager at our Sydney venue at Westfield Bondi Junction reporting to the Operations Manager. The Role Razor sharp, customer focus and excellent communication skills are a must You will play a crucial part in growing FREAK as must do activity. The majority of shifts will need to be on a weekend basis and Mondays. Objectives Create memorable experiences through outstanding customer service Drive sales with a positive "can do" attitude and suggestive selling Positively promote the business, with every customer interaction **Responsibilities**: Work as part of a dynamic team Be punctual and take pride in your appearance Booking customers onsite and via phone Briefing customers and running games Technology operations and 1st level troubleshooting of computer equipment Must have experience Minimum 2 years in the workforce Customer service background, with relevant experience in the activity, leisure, gaming, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, sales or retail industries Animation experience PC based gaming.
