Our organisation is growing, and so are our franchise stores. As such, we are looking for a highly qualified and self-motivated Retail Trainer to join our team in Keilor Park, VIC. You will maintain our growth through innovative teaching methods and ongoing in-store support in this role.

**What you’re going to bake**:

**How you will rise to the occasion**:
In this role, you will work effectively with our franchise owners to train our retail team members in food, service and retail operations. This role will see you travel to our stores around Victoria and train our team members. Core duties include:

- Working in store alongside staff and franchisees to lead by example, train for best practices, and motivate for excellence.
- Coach and train on all facets of the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses 10 Star Program.
- Work closely with stores, so they have a sound understanding of relevant Company policies and procedures and to ensure these are adhered to.

**Please note**: public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here.

**The ingredients you’ll need**:
To thrive in this role, you will have previous experience working with a hands-on training background, preferably in retail or food services. Moreover, you will have (or be willing to be obtain) a certification in TAE41110/TAE40116.

You will be a bubbly and enthusiastic trainer who can motivate our team members and take others on a journey with you.

Your strong communication skills and ability to connect with the team will ensure that you train our people on how to deliver the highest quality of service and take our customers on a journey of happiness.
