Rare FIFO opportunity for an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our newly established Centralised Grounds team on our mining accommodation villages in the Moranbah/Dysart region.

The roster is 14/7 - 10 hour days FIFO ex Brisbane or DIDO for locals with all accommodation, meals and uniforms supplied.

**The Role**
- Supervise and lead our newly formed BMA Centralised Grounds team
- Maintain and enhance site grounds and garden including but not limited to: turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control and watering the grounds.
- Provide proactive maintenance to structures and services as required
- Chemical handling experience (desirable)
- Industrial cleaning where required
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required

**The Person**
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience mandatory in leading a small but dynamic team
- General maintenance experience/trades or labouring background (desirable)
- Competent in operating general maintenance/grounds equipment and chemical handling
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Valid and current drivers licence
- Physically fit
- Motivated, high attention to detail and reliable
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Forklift ticket (desirable)
- ACDC Weed spraying certificate (desirable)
