**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking expressions of interest for a Centre Manager in Gold Coast. This is an outstanding potential opportunity for an experienced retail professional to make a significant impact.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Centre team, delivering the asset strategy, annual business plan and budget, with a focus on maximising performance and value of the asset. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively balance operational excellence with commercial objectives.

**An overview of the role**:

- Lead and manage the centre team, including coaching and performance management
- Implement the centre's Business Plan and manage Income and Expenditure Budget
- Ensure proper collection of rentals, outgoings, turnover rentals and other tenant recoverable fees
- Maintain high standards of centre operations, cleanliness and repairs
- Develop strategic tenancy mix and attract suitable retailers
- Manage casual mall leasing and other revenue streams
- Build harmonious relationships with the local community and authorities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and JLL procedures

- At least three years' experience managing a large retail asset
- Proven leadership ability and team management skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to drive income streams and centre performance
- QLD Real Estate Licence or Agents Representative
- Strategic thinking and sound decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Collaborative working style
