**The Opportunity**
At Bullivants we're on a mission to deliver top-notch service to our clients, so we are looking for a **Field Service Technician **based in Perth. In this role, you will be actively engaging with our customers on-site, providing essential support through the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Bullivants products. Your hands-on involvement will ensure that our products are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

**Your responsibilities**:
As a Field Service Technician you will:
- On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on quality products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Ability to liaise with and work on customer sites
**Your skills and experiences**:
As a Field Services Technician you will:
- A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background - preferred
- Customer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationships
- Ability to work within a physically demanding role
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Ability and confidence to work at heights
- Flexibility for occasional to regular regional travel
