**About the role**

Stratco are offering you the opportunity to join our professional, enthusiastic and hardworking team in Archerfield. As a Trainee Store Manager you will be entrusted to assist lead the store as well as be a key point of contact with our customers. You will have key sales responsibilities that will require you to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by **Stratco** and be willing to participate in regular training relating to **Stratco’s** products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Face to face and telephone sales
- Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions
- Developing of rosters and training programs
- Store merchandising and stock control
- General store management activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**Skills and attributes**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Desire to pursue a career in retail management
- 1-2+ years Retail experience is preferred
- Hardworking, loyal and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Dynamic communication skills
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Proven selling skills
- Strong merchandising skills would be an advantage
