**About the role**

Stratco are offering you the opportunity to join our professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking team in **Archerfield**.

As a **Trainee Store Manager**, you will assist lead the store, as well as be a key point of contact with our customers, all while learning how to manage a retail store. Your key sales responsibilities will require you to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution and products - ranging from home improvement DIYers to professional trades and builders. As such you will need to develop a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by **Stratco** and be willing to participate in regular training relating to **Stratco’s** products and systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participating in training of safety, updated policy, and personal development sessions
- General store management activities - developing of rosters, training programs etc

**Skills and attributes**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service and clear friendly communication
- Desire to pursue a career in retail management
- Retail, sales, or construction experience desirable
- Hardworking, loyal, reliable, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Merchandising skills or forklift licence would be an advantage
